This rare Yellow Tea is from the Huo Mountains (Huoshan) in the Anhui province of China. The name Huangya means "Yellow Sprout." The beautiful leaves are a mixture of jade green, yellow and white colors. Single small leaves with hairy tips create this nutty and smooth Tea with a gentle, sweet finish.
Use 2 teaspoons per 12 to 16 oz pot.
Use Hot (160º - 180ºF.) water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
