1. Are all your products Kosher?

          Our Barnes & Watson Teas and Cape Herb Spices are Kosher.

2. What is your Kosher Certification?

          Our Barnes & Watson Kosher teas are certified Kaf K.

          Our Cape Herb Spices are certified <B ^RS/_UC  D> Parev  (from Cape Beth Din, Cape Town, South Africa).  

          They are not kosher for Passover.

3. Are your products organic?

       We have certified organic items in all of our product lines. 

  4.  What is the difference between the foil wrapped tea bags and the bulk?

        Our Barnes & Watson teas in teabags come in two choices.  The foil wrapped tea bags (OW) come with a string and tag. The bulk tea bags (pillow) are packaged in a tamperproof zip-lock bag. The bulk tea bags do not have a string and tag.

         ^{_{Any product that is unopened may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping.  Any product that was damaged on receipt may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.  Please include your order number.  It is necessary to first call or email us for a return authorization.}}
