Hand-crafted in Napa Valley, CA by The TeaRoom chocolatier team, their truffles are made of only the best Organic French & Belgian couvertures, ranging from a dark of 72% cacao, down to a white of 30% cacao, and including everything in-between.

Realizing the importance of sustaining and supporting the local community, they use only organic local cream & butter from happy California cows with no additives, preservatives or artificial flavors of any kind.

Also, all teas chosen for the infusion process are loose-leaf, organic, and put through strict scrutiny before being married into the chocolate. The tea is meant to compliment the chocolate's traditional properties, not overwhelm or override them. Because of this, years worth of hard work and persistence have been applied to each and every recipe to create the perfect balance of tea & chocolate for your extreme eating pleasure.

They believe in maintaining the essence of chocolate as it was initially intended. This is why absolutely no vegetable oils or fats are used during the chocolate-creation process.
