Citrus Wet Salt Gourmet Seasoning Blend - Bright salinity and essence of citrus mesh in gorgeous unison as exotic blood orange exalts more subtly sweet clementine. These fervent flavors are balanced with the addition of organic sugar, and of course Himalayan Pink salt and fleur de sel for remarkable equilibrium on the finish. Stunning on any seafood, grilled vegetables. Try with steamed artichoke hearts.
Premium Ingredients: Himalayan Pink Salt, fleur de sel, premium oils of organic blood orange & clementine, and organic sugar.
Recommended Uses:
* Grilled swordfish steaks
* Sprinkle on the top of cream of tomato soup for a delightful flavor combination
* Rub into the skin of a whole chicken prior to roasting
* Add to root vegetables prior to baking
* On char-grilled prawns (make a citrus dipping sauce to accompany)
* Sprinkle on preserved lemons and use as a flavor packed garnish
* Add to sliced apples with brown sugar just prior to baking
* Blend into gazpacho
* Add to fish bouillabaisse or stew
* Sprinkle onto any hot carrot-based soup
* Use in a marinate for stir fried beef or fish
* Mix with coarse grain salt and egg white for a highly flavorful salt crust (try with a whole skin-on sea bass, but remove the skin prior to eating)
* Blend into chickpeas with garlic for a great dip
* Add to your favorite brine mixture
* Saute with green beans and a bit of chopped garlic
