Core Pure Trio Gourmet Salt Seasoning Set - This set includes:

We have assembled three of our most fundamental salts into a set that comes stacked together in an attractive clear display case. The Pure Core collection is where we highlight the best naturally unrefined sea salts from around the world. These salts are free from any anti-caking agents or other artificial additives, and as a set, they highlight the wonderful differences found in harvested sea salts.

The first salt in our Core Pure Trio is Hawaiian Black Lava salt. This sea salt is harvested from the Pacific Ocean and is naturally infused with carbon-rich black lava from Hawaii. Lava has long been sought for its health benefits, and it imparts a rich flavor and color to this sea salt. Try sprinkling it on a caesar salad or roasted turkey breast.

Sel Gris from France is the second salt in our Core Pure Trio set. This salt has a slightly moist texture and a briny flavor reminiscent of the ocean from which it was hand harvested. Sel Gris’s flaky texture and mild salinity enhances potato or seafood chowders, or try it on simple pasta with a splash of olive oil.

The final jar in our trio has been referred to as the caviar of salt and is by far the most identifiable pure sea salt hailing from France. Fleur de sel is hand harvested in a generation’s old method that preserves the very delicate flake structure of the salt. It is great on seared chicken breast or sprinkled on edamame.
