First in this trio, we provide you with a jar of our Chef's Blend, which is a natural choice to pair with olive oil. This is a sophisticated version of the ubiquitous "Salt and Pepper" duo. The Chef's Blend is composed of pure unrefined Sel Gris, a mildly briny, hand-harvest salt from France, along with high-quality, ground black, red and white peppercorns. Simple and delicious, this salt matches beautifully with olive oil.

Next, we add to the trio a jar of our French Herb Blend since it really shines when sprinkled on a generous serving of olive oil. This salt includes a wonderful bounty of dried herbs that were inspired by the French countryside, including rosemary, thyme, oregano and lavender. You'll be transported to an idyllic, windswept cottage in the rolling hills of southern France every time you try this salt, especially as the olive oil works to release many of the floral aromas of the blend.

The final premium salt blend in this trio is a jar of our Citrus Basil, which will help take your bread-and-oil ritual to a new level of flavor. In this blend, we use authentic lemon myrtle, a bush plant from Australia, to provide a refreshing citrus note without the aroma of a cleaning-solution. To further heighten the taste of citrus, we add organic lemon and lime peel that have been carefully dried to perfection. Organic basil combines well with the flourish of citrus, and also adds to the textural experience of the salt. The result is a a perfect balance of citrus-tartness to the almost-sweet crisp nature of our dried basil, all of which is structured behind some of our favorite salts, including light and flaky Murray River salt (which, like lemon myrtle, also calls Australia home). Spread our Citrus Basil blend on olive oil, tear off a piece of hearty French baguette, and proceed to yummy-nirvana...your taste buds will be begging for more.
