The second salt in this trio is a jar of our Citrus Wet Salt which is packed with bold flavors of organic blood orange oil and organic clementine oil, that come together to make a wonderfully convenient "paste-like" seasoning you can use to paint onto any seafood dish. With this blend, we keep the Himalayan Pink salt in its course granular form precisely so this wet salt can stand-up to the heat found in recipes that require longer cooking times. We also add clean fleur de sel to further define the mature salinity profile of the blend. Citrus Wet Salt makes for a great rub on trout, shrimp, or any other seafood that fares well with a twist of citrus and salt, especially in applications that require grilling, roasting or baking.

Finally, rounding out the trio, is a jar of our Herb Garden Blend, which is sure to become a seafood cooking staple for you. Crispy fleur de sel and Murray River salt form the foundation of this blend, and a veritable cornucopia of organic herbs from our favorite farm in California add glorious aroma, color, flavor, and texture to this salt.
