For each tea, Use 1 teaspoon per 12 to 16 oz teapot. Use Just Below Boiling (205º - 210ºF.) water. Classic Chai: A blend of malty Assam Tea and a delicate balance of just the right organic spices - cardamom, cinnamon, orange peel, cloves and cassia, maple & clove oils. Wonderful with milk and sugar or honey. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Caffeine: 40 mg / 6 oz cup. USDA Certified Organic. Masala Chai Blend #1: Our 100% Organic, hand blended Chai has robust body with a spicy and sweet flavor. This Chai is based on traditional South Indian blending methods and contains all natural and traditional ingredients. Masala Chai should be infused strong and served sweet with steamed milk or cream and sugar or honey. Ingredients: Black Tea, green cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, whole pod cardamom and black pepper. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Caffeine: 40 mg / 6 oz cup. Fair-Trade & USDA Organic Certified. Maghreb Mint Chai: This hand-blended chai is sweet, minty and spicy with notes of cardamom, ginger and clove. Ingredients: 100% Organic roasted green Tea-leaves, 100% Organic cardamom, 100% Organic peppermint, 100% Organic licorice root, 100% Organic ginger, fennel, 100% Organic cloves, 100% Organic black pepper and natural essential oil of ginger. Rainforest Chai: This chai is a caffeine-free blend of wild-harvested, roasted Ramon Nut and shade grown spices. Rainforest Chai has a creamy body and smooth cocoa flavor with accents of ginger and cardamom to make a superb hot or iced chai latte. Add milk and sugar or honey to taste.
