Green Tea

This is an excellent everyday Tea and is among the most popular Teas in China. The thin, wavy tea leaves appear brown and black when dry. Once infused, the leaves turn green and produce a light cup with a smooth, mellow taste and a gentle, soothing aroma.

Use 2 teaspoons per 12 to 16 oz tea pot.
Use Hot (160º - 180ºF.) water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
