Ayurveda tea blends combine herbs, plants, fruits and spices. Ingredients: Lemongrass, Cloves, Peppermint, Cardamom, Ginger, Licorice Root, Cinnamon, Rose petals, Fennel, Pepper, Curcuma and Black Tea.

Use 1 Tablespoon per 12 to 16 oz pot.
Use Near Boiling (200º - 210ºF.) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
