Ayurveda tea blends combine herbs, plants, fruits and spices. This Herbal Green Tea contains Tulsi (Holly Basil), which is a nerve tonic and sharpens memory. This herb is also useful for the treatment of respiratory system disorders. Drink this delicious tea any time of day.

Ingredients: Ginger Pieces, Curcuma root, Black Pepper, Holly Basil (Tulsi), Almond, Nutmeg, Licorice root and Green Tea.

Use 1 Tablespoon per 12 to 16 oz pot.
Use Near Boiling (200º - 210ºF.) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
