All Products are usually shipped within 5 days of receipt of your order. We use standard shipping rates for US Postal Service, UPS Ground, and Fed Ex depending on size, weight and distributer. If we can possibly consolidate orders from multiple distributors we will issue a refund. If a product is on back order it will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock. Orders with multiple items may come in more than one shipment. If an order is placed and shipping charges are not incurred because a quote was not requested, we will at our discretion hold the order and contact the customer. Unused and unopened products are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and given full credit less original shipping fee. Damaged goods are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and given full credit, including original shipping fee. Returns must be sent back to the manufacturer/shipper.
