All Products are usually shipped within 5 days of receipt of your order. We use standard shipping rates for US Postal Service, UPS Ground, and Fed Ex depending on size, weight and distributer. Shipping prices may include additional handling fees. Orders from multiple distributors will incur multiple shipping and handling fees. If we can possibly consolidate orders from multiple distributors we will issue a refund. If a product is on back order it will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock. Orders with multiple items may come in more than one shipment. Please email us prior to your purchase for a quote on total product price if you are outside of U.S. borders and your destination is not on our shipping list. If an order is placed and shipping charges are not incurred because a quote was not requested, we will at our discretion hold the order and contact the customer. Free Shipping when offered is limited to continental United States.

Unused and unopened products are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and given full credit less original shipping fee. Damaged goods are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and given full credit, including original shipping fee. Returns must be sent back to the manufacturer/shipper. Please call or email for a return authorization code before returning any items.
